What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Mentor and support a brilliant team of childcare workers and early years educators to deliver a high-quality, play-based curriculum.

• Manage Operations: Oversee the smooth daily running, administration, and regulatory compliance of both services.

• Build Connections: Act as the positive, welcoming face of our services for families, team members, and the wider local community.

• Prioritize Well-being: Ensure health, safety, and hygiene remain pivotal for both our employees and our young clients.

What You Bring

• A qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education (Level 8 is highly desirable).

• Proven management experience in a similar early years setting.

• Strong leadership, motivational skills, and excellent administrative capabilities (including rosters/payroll).

• A positive, problem-solving mindset and top-notch communication skills.
