Tipperary Tourism Board Members with Tipperary hurling Manager Liam Cahill
The launch of the Tipperary Tourism Roadmap ‘
took place yesterday in the Main Guard, Clonmel on Thursday last the 26th November. The roadmap was launched alongside Tipperary’s new immersive website www.tipperary.com. The board of Tipperary Tourism, led by Chairwoman Helen King, provided an overview of actions to be implemented over the next five years that will contribute to growing tourism in Tipperary. The launch included a valuable insight into collaborative destination marketing and development with Horse Country CEO Laura Magee, who highlighted how bespoke horse experiences and thoroughbred tours add to the exceptional tourist offering in Tipperary. County Tipperary Hurling Manager Liam Cahill discussed the importance of working together through accountability, leadership and championing tourism communities across Tipperary, recognising our culture as an anchor to entice visitors to the county.
