Community Employment Supervisor
NTDC invites applications for a Community Employment Supervisor.
The successful candidate must meet the criteria of the job specification including:
- Candidates must evidence competency in one or more of the following areas:
- Business/Financial Administration, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Training, Human Resources, People Management, ICT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) and Payroll and a major 3rd level qualification (NFQ level 6 or higher) is desirable for the role.
- Work Experience – Previous supervisory and people management experience relevant to post (3-years minimum)
- Previous experience in administration, project management and/or training or other relevant positions
- Access to own car and full driver’s license
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Full-time position – working 39 hours per week. The role is initially a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The salary for the role is the DSP Supervisor Salary Scale, commencing at Point 1 on the Scale . Shortlisting of candidates may apply.

Community Development Worker
NTDC invites applications for a Community Development Worker
The successful candidate must meet the criteria of the job specification including:
- Third Level Qualification in Community Development, Rural Development, Social Science, or other relevant discipline (level 8)
- A minimum of 2/3 years’ experience working in the community development sector in a similar role.
- Relevant Community Development work experience in programme development and delivery
- Knowledge of current community development initiatives & community development work
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Full-time position – working 35 hours per week. Flexibility will be required, some weekends and evenings. The role is initially a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The salary for the role is €34,540 – €53,056, The successful applicant will be offered a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

SICAP Monitoring and Evaluation officer
Part-time (15 hours); Fixed Term until 31st Dec 2025.
Title: SICAP Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Reports To: Manager; NTDC Senior Management team
Funder: SICAP 2024-2028
Salary: €26,367 pro-rated to hours worked
Overall Purpose of the Role:
To support the Senior management team with the administration, audit files management and reporting of the current SICAP 2024-2028 programme.
Successful candidates will have an understanding and knowledge of the range of social inclusion supports and services including information and advice provided by NTDC.
Salary scale: €26,367 – €44,860 subjected to pro-rata hours worked.

The successful candidate must meet the criteria of the job specification including:
- Third Level Qualification in Community Development, Rural Development, Social Science, or other relevant discipline (level 8)
- A minimum of 2/3 years’ experience working in the community development sector in a similar role.
- Relevant Community Development work experience in programme development and delivery
- Understanding of Climate Action policy and planning with a particular understanding of the social inclusion issues relating to Just Transition
- Knowledge of current community development initiatives & community development work
- Significant understanding of the intersections between community development, education, health and climate action
- Extensive experience in working in the area of climate action and social inclusion
